At the end of last month, I already talked about my trip to Venice and my visit to

the Art Exhibition. There were so many art pieces that going through the rooms, I somehow lost my ability to be amazed. A bit. What I like in contemporary art is that sometimes it is astonishing, totally hypnotic but some other times it is empty, with no interest whatsoever. Well for me at least. And there were more emptiness then astonishment at the Venice Biennale.
Everybody agrees on the fact that this year is not very good. In a way, I feel reassured. Selfishly. But I did found some striking art pieces. Here are some :

Fin Aout, je vous avais parlé de mon voyage à Venise et mon passage à la biennale d’art. Il y avait tant de pièces d’art exposées qu’à la fin j’ai un peu perdu ma capacité à m’émerveiller. Ce que j’aime dans l’art contemporain, c’est le fait que parfois c’est merveilleux, hypnotique, et parfois totalement atone et sans intérêt. Enfin pour moi. Mais là, il y avait plus d’atone que d’hypnotique.
Tout le monde dit que cette année, la biennale n’est pas terrible. Cela me soulage un peu, égoistement. Mais j’y ai trouvé de quoi m’interpeller. Et en voici quelques exemples :
